NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Kyle Samson ("Discloser") and you ("Recipient") regarding confidential information about AnansiPay.

1. Confidential Information

You will receive confidential information about AnansiPay, including but not limited to business strategies, financial projections, technology, market research, and intellectual property.

2. Your Obligations

Non-Disclosure: You will not disclose any confidential information to third parties
Non-Use: You will not use the information for any purpose other than evaluating potential business opportunities with the Discloser
Protection: You will protect the information with reasonable care
No Copying: You will not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate any aspect of the concept

3. Term

This Agreement remains in effect for 5 years from the date of signature.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

5. Electronic Signature

By signing below, you acknowledge that this constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
